By signing, applicant agrees to abide by the Bylaws, Constitution and Field Management Guide of the Valley Forge Signal Seekers, Inc. Applicant acknowledges that membership is contingent upon compliance with these established Club doctrines.
New applicant is required to apply in person at a regular Club meeting and obtain two sponsors who are currently Club members in good standing. Student pilots MUST complete comprehensive flight training and safety program offered by the Club.

Note:All New members must apply in person at a regular Club meeting which is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Valley Forge Presbyterian Church. Town Center Road, King of Prussia, PA at 8 P.M. In order to join the Club. you must have a valid "Academy of Model Aeronautics" (AMA) License.

Membership period is from January 1 to December 31, with a renewal grace period to March 14. Late renewal fee is charged for renewals subsequent to March 14 and an application must be completed for each member.

RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS:
In a business-size envelope (4" x 9 1/2") enclose the following FOUR items:

• 1. Completed 2006 Application (Please return the entire Application)
• 2. Photocopy (Xerox, etc.) of your 2006 AMA Membership Card
• 3. Check or Money order for dues (and late fee if applicable) payable to "V.F.S.S."
  
• 4. Self-addressed, business-size envelope (4" x 91/2") with first class postage
